Terms of service

Purpose
Kallli is an online platform published by ATCG, chaussée de Bruxelles 223, 1780 Wemmel, n° d’entreprise BE 1035.378.295. It offers professionals two products: appointment and workshop booking, and the online shop. Each product can be subscribed on its own or with the other. These terms govern professional subscriptions and use of the service. By creating an account, you accept them.
Account
You warrant the accuracy of the information provided and the confidentiality of your credentials. One account corresponds to one business. Any activity carried out from your account is deemed yours.
Trial and subscription
The trial lasts 14 days, no card required, and covers the products chosen at sign-up. Beyond that, the service requires a monthly or yearly subscription at the price shown on the pricing page, including Belgian VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically; you can cancel at any time from your account, effective at the end of the current period.
Price and payment
Subscriptions are collected by our payment provider Mollie. Kallli takes no commission on professionals’ earnings. An invoice is issued for every charge, with VAT shown separately. A professional established in another member state who provides a valid VAT number is invoiced without Belgian VAT, under the reverse charge. If a payment fails, the service may be suspended after a reminder.
Kallli’s role
Kallli provides the booking tool and the online shop. Booked services and sold items are provided by each professional, solely responsible for their offer, prices, own terms, the performance of appointments and any refunds. Kallli is not a party to the contract between the professional and their client.
Shop
The shop lets the professional sell physical items, with or without the booking product, for the subscription shown on the pricing page. Each sale forms a contract between the professional and their client: the professional alone answers for their items, prices, stock, delivery, returns, legal warranties and the right of withdrawal under the Belgian Code of Economic Law. Sale payments are collected directly on the professional’s Mollie account; Kallli takes no commission on these sales.
Data
Data processing is described in the privacy policy. The professional remains responsible for their client records and can export them at any time.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is, with a reasonable availability objective; planned maintenance is announced. The publisher’s liability is limited, all causes combined, to the amount of the last twelve months of subscription, and excludes indirect losses such as loss of clientele or revenue.
Termination and deletion
After account closure, data is kept for 30 days and then permanently erased, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls to the courts of the Brussels district. The French version prevails.
