Who processes your data

Kallli is operated by ATCG, chaussée de Bruxelles 223, 1780 Wemmel, n° d’entreprise BE 1035.378.295, reachable at privacy@at-cg.be.

For subscribed professionals, Kallli is the data controller. For end clients booking with a professional, Kallli acts as that professional’s processor.

What we collect

Professional account: name, email address, password (stored as a hash), language, business details.

Booking: first name, surname, email, phone, language, appointments taken. This data belongs to the professional you book with.

Shop order: first name, surname, email, phone, items ordered and, for shipping, the delivery address. This data belongs to the professional you order from.

Google sign-in: name, email and identifier passed by Google. We never receive your Google password.

Why, and on what basis

Providing the service you booked or subscribed to: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Account emails and booking confirmations: performance of a contract.

Security, technical logs, abuse prevention: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).

No data is sold, rented, or used for advertising.

Where your data goes

Hosting: OVH servers in the European Union. Email delivery: Resend. Google sign-in, if you choose it: Google Ireland Ltd. Online payments (deposits, orders and subscriptions): Mollie B.V., which processes your payment data without Kallli seeing it.

No other recipients.

For how long

Professional account: for the duration of the subscription, then 30 days before permanent deletion.

Bookings and orders: as long as the professional keeps their client file, and at least for the duration of accounting obligations. Address requests about an appointment or an order to them directly.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection: write to privacy@at-cg.be. We answer within 30 days.

You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

Cookies

Kallli only uses strictly necessary cookies: your language preference (12 months) and, on the back office, the login session cookie. No advertising or analytics cookies are set. Your consent choice is itself stored in a cookie (kallli_consent, 6 months). No measurement or advertising cookie is set without your consent.

The shop also uses your browser’s local storage to remember your basket. That content stays on your device and only reaches us when you place an order.
